Since November 2005 – head of the Department for Combating Organized Crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Chechen Republic, was directly involved in establishing this body.

In 2006, Ramzan Kadyrov appointed A. Alaudinov as the head of the Special Commission for Monitoring Compliance with Accommodation Rules and Regulations in Temporary Accommodation Centers for Displaced Persons.

In March 2009, he was appointed Director of the RF Ministry of Justice Department for the Chechen Republic.

In April 2009, he was appointed to the position of deputy Chief of the criminal police, the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Chechen Republic.

By Edict of President of Russian Federation dd. 13 June 2011, he was appointed to the position of the deputy Minister of Internal Affairs in the Chechen Republic – Chief of Police.

In March 2021, President Vladimir Putin signed edict no 149 that removed him from the office. In June 2012, A. Alaudinov was awarded the special rank of “major general of police”.

In 2013, he passed his PhD defense at M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University, under academic supervision of Professor V.I. Kovalenko (DSc, Philosophy), topic: “Regional Identity as a Basis for the Formation of National Political Identity.”

Since 2022 – Secretary of Council of Economic and Public Security of the Chechen Republic.

In November 2022, A. Alaudinov was known to have been promoted to military rank of Major General.

In April 2024 – appointed Deputy Director of the Main Military-Political Directorate of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation."
